"Terrible Just Terrible"
I purchased a carpet cleaner 5 months ago and later returned it, but I still haven't received my money back. It's been four months since they said they sent it out and despite sending three follow-up emails, there's been no response till now.

"LOVE IT!"
I've had my Bissell Zing for a year now, and I love it! The suction power is perfect for those carpets I have in my home. Cant wait for their newest editions to come.

"Zero Stars if possible"
I have purchased 3 BISSELL items in the last year. And So far 2 of the 3, the Vacuum quit functioning suddenly, and customer services are refusing any return.

"Disappointing"
I find Bissell products nowadays very disappointing. They burn out quickly and don't pick up nearly as much pet hair as they show in the ads..

"Not Worth It"
From my experience Bissell's products are just about as low quality as any other vacuum in the business. But people still get it because its pretty cheap.
